Vintage 1968 Edition Hardcover Book entitled “Searle’s Cats” by cartoonist Ronald Searle. With original dust jacket. Copyright 1967 by Ronald Searle. Published in 1968 by The Stephen Greene Press, Brattleboro, Vermont. Printed in Great Britain.
Excerpt from Wikipedia: “Searle received much recognition for his work, especially in America, including the National Cartoonists Society's Advertising and Illustration Award in 1959 and 1965, the Reuben Award in 1960, their Illustration Award in 1980 and their Advertising Award in 1986 and 1987. Searle was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2004.”
Measures approximately 9-1/2 inches x 9-1/4 inches.
Condition is used. The dust jacket has edge wear, small tears, and soiling, especially along the spine. Original price sticker from Doubleday Books affixed to back of dust jacket. The interior book is in good condition. No writing in book.
