. Good for chef knives, also Carpentry tools, such as Chisel, Plane, in the process of pre-finishing to finishing. The hardness is not so hard, Water penetration is very good.  Rare & Hard to find Momijiyama it
self these days ! The feeling of sharpening with Momijiyama is like '' Sharpening with slick slurry, smooth sliding'', it means strong abrasive power. Apart from Sharpening face, sealed lightly.
Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since they're harder to use.These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them are different so my measured size are not accurate. This is a life time investment for people who lives sharpening their knives and tools, do not hesitate to ask me your questions.”
