    Description

    This authentic Antique Chinese Petit Altar is Circa early of 19th century. The intricate carvings of "butterfly, flower basket and incense burner" design decorate the bottom apron of the altar. The traditional Chinese "scroll" design is carved on the spandrels of the Altar. Double-Lines carved in circle highlight the copper hardware on the drawers. The cabinet is handcrafted and structured with wooden pegs and tenon structure,  which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Original patina and wear. Made from Cypress and Elm wood with beautiful wood grain, the cabinet is very solid and has been kept in excellent Condition.
