I think these are
No longer in production, from an aluminum canoe, don't remember the brand, it was an optional thwart.
It could likely fit on many model canoes,  most aluminum canoes or even royalex, fiberglass, kevlar or plastic canoes if the length fits your distance between gunwales.  Just drill holes in  mate up with holes on the thwart.
Forming the thwart will increase or decrease the width for your desired canoe and position.
this one is better than most portage thwarts because it has two attachment points on each side, giving additional
leverage
for tilt when lifting and carrying.
it has significant and more than necessary curve around neck to form to any width .
if you are not familiar with a portage thwart, they replace center thwart so are balanced front to rear and allow comfortable round the neck with weight distributed on shoulders carry of canoe long distance.
